Josh has advised private companies, political parties, governments, broadcasters, and NGOs in several countries. He has been an in-theater advisor to post-conflict political transitions across Africa, Asia and the Middle East, and has been a technical consultant on numerous presidential and parliamentary campaign debates. He has been a lobbyist, campaign manager, and press secretary in his native New York, and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The State University of New York where he taught classes in American and international politics.
